Hi...
These recent two years my schedules were always packed by either medical reports, journals, presentations, tutorials, and Computer-Based Tests or more commonly known as CBTs. During those times I tried many things to relieve university stress and YouTube binge-watching was often became my comfort :)
And then it hits me...
During the limited free time, I actually kinda miss the routines - I mean I don't really miss them as such - but my body felt confused without anything to do :o So... I wanted to do part-time job, or even continue my German course *just finished A1.3 level, which is very basic*, but I don't know the exact schedule of clinical clerkship. Unlike undergrad life, seniors said that there will be sleepless night before the practical exam, work load in the hospital and to have night shift or "jaga malam", and on-call duty for Forensic Department. So, I opened many things online and suddenly I had this idea to sell some lipstick toward partners, friends, or some people in Yogyakarta.
Why Lipstick?
It's a bit long history. I'm not really into fashion or cosmetics. I mean I like to read or keep being updated in-style but I don't do #OOTD (Outfit of The Day) thingy, or review, or anything related to it before, but I admit I love to blog-walking about make-up and everything :D
One day in my childhood, I entered my Ma's room. I took some boxes, and that's when I saw lipstick for the first time. I forgot how old I was, but I mimicked my Ma's movement on her lips. I also tried her blush-on X) And every time she go to some place without me, I liked to try those all-over again *naughty grin* :P Basically, that's summed up on my introduction to cosmetics.
During my exchange in Russia, I tried to open many Instagram accounts of online-shops. Some provided very unreasonably cheap price for dozens of lipstick --> this inspired me to buy those and re-sell them to friends. But today I read some warnings that not all cheap lipsticks are safe. Even few brands were claimed as replica >,<
The things I notice and keep me going thru this idea are
1. Many, if not most, women often use any kind of lipstick for the 'no make-up' make-up things.
Lipstick = Basic
2. Many university students - and NOW EVEN HIGH-SCHOOL students - looking for affordable price; regardless of quality *which many online-shops use this advantage and tricked them U.U*
3. I myself LOVE various shades of it; whether it is orange or pinkish c:
But I promise I will be honest to the customer, because I don't want them to become infected or had other things due to bad products :( Before settling to supplier, I did order from different shops, compare the prices and quality. Most of them sells replica; the one which sell original usually took longer to respond and hardly friendly or negotiable U.U it's a tough choice, but I should learn to be dedicated to customer. I just realized it turned into long post :O
here's quick photo of my ranges of lipstick and lip-gloss.
Sorry for bad quality of the pic :( The lamp in my room is not suitable for cosmetics photography; the colour of lipstick might have changed due to lighting and colour saturation. I'll try to update soon, especially for lipstick favorite ^^ See you around
